With 35 years of State Farm experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, families, and businesses explore insurance coverage that fits their needs. Since opening in 2000, my office has proudly served Abbeville, Headland, Henry County, and the surrounding areas. Team Member Jackie Baldwin has been with State Farm Ron Abernathy 25 years.

Our office offers Auto, Home, Life, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, Pet, Business, and Health Insurance. We focus on Life and taking care of the ones who are left behind. Our office has over 100 years of experience guiding families through these often very difficult times. We strive to make the insurance process straightforward and effective, making sure each customer feels confident about their decisions. Our experienced team is licensed in all lines of insurance and is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized service. Whether you’re protecting your home, starting a business, or preparing for the future, we work closely with you to create a plan that supports your goals. We also assist with out-of-state transfers, making transitions to Alabama as seamless as possible.

My wife, Lisa, works alongside me in the office and has 36 years of experience in insurance. We have two daughters, Maggie and Emily, who are married and have blessed us with four grandchildren and a son, Jacob, who just graduated from Troy University and is recently married. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, traveling especially to warm weather climates, and driving classic cars, a hobby I’ve loved for years. Lisa loves her puppies!
